About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in the world of interior design,
can successfully translate concepts into high-quality project documentation, and is eager to
have a real impact on the development of project standards and overall design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing schematic, tender, and construction documentation for commercial interior
design projects.

• Ensuring consistency between design concepts and project documentation throughout all
project stages.

• Coordinating design solutions with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Preparing material and furniture specifications.

• Participating in site supervision activities and supporting projects during the
implementation phase.

• Identifying and proposing design and budget optimization opportunities.

• Reviewing project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations,
building codes, industry standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Higher education in: architecture / urban planning / interior design.

• Strong understanding of the entire design process, from concept development through
project delivery.

• Ability to independently prepare tender and construction documentation.

• Knowledge of building regulations, sanitary requirements, and accessibility standards.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability for assigned tasks.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
