Your mission will be to drive B2B business development across the Polish market by building long-term business relationships, actively networking, and maintaining a strong presence where the industry meets: at conferences, trade fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings.
You will be responsible for generating new interior design project opportunities within the Office, Hospitality, and Branded Residences sectors. This includes identifying potential investments, reaching key decision-makers at the early stages of the investment process, managing business relationships, and successfully converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
We are looking for a professional who understands the specifics of commercial interior design projects, excels at building trust-based relationships, and thrives in the dynamic environment of architecture and design.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively acquire new interior design projects within the Office, Hospitality, and Branded Residences sectors.
• Monitor the investment market, build and manage a sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and develop relationships with stakeholders involved in selecting design partners, including investors, developers, asset managers, tenants, operations directors, client-side project managers, brand representatives, general contractors, and real estate brokers.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and opportunity qualification through proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, networking events, and professional gatherings.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development or sales of interior design services.
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate, interior design, or investment market and the investment lifecycle.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships and independently develop a professional network.
• Confidence in conducting business meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Nice to Have
• An established network of contacts within the investor, developer, or real estate community.
• Experience working with Office, Hospitality, and/or Branded Residences projects.
• Ability to use storytelling techniques in the sales process.
